As an educational consultant, keynote speaker, educator, author, and blogger, Dr. Smith works across multiple platforms in public and private educational settings as well as within the nonprofit and business sectors.
Dr. Smith began her career as a Mental Health and educational professional with Rutgers University-Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Children’s Transitional Treatment Residence.
She lends her expertise in teaching pedagogy as Instructional Coach with the Hamilton Township School District. Dr. Smith’s portfolio includes serving as the current president of the ETE-Excellence Through Education of Hamilton Township, New Jersey, board trustee for the New Jersey Foundation for Aging, committee member of the George School Inclusion and Oversight Committee, and Board Trustee and Committee Chair for Diversity with Notre Dame High School in Lawrence, New Jersey.
With her ability to identify and build connections between organizations she has built and executed parental programs for multiple schools and forged progressive movements for diversity and inclusion.
Dr. Smith's keynotes have addressed supporting academic excellence among Black youth and the financial health of the Black community through her newest partnership with Back Wealth Week of Charlotte, North Carolina. Her upcoming book, Parker Pete chronicles the life of a young immigrant mouse transitioning into the wonderful world of kindergarten.
Her passion as a New Jersey Reading Specialist is facilitating elementary children's writing skills.

Georgine is a writer and recent graduate of Rutgers University (New Brunswick), where she majored in both English and Philosophy.
Through her years in school and beyond, she's helped peers, younger students, and adults improve their writing. With a keen eye for detail and a cultivated sense for language, Georgine aims to employ her language skills to continue to aid others in reaching their goals.
He has acquired two certifications in the Feierabend music teaching methodology (a music literacy researched-based approach to teaching music) in the First Steps in Music and Conversational Solfege Levels 1 and 2. As an experienced tutor, Davon also facilitates high school English in person and online.
Davon has accumulated extensive experience teaching music on a variety of different levels including general music, concert, and jazz band music K-12. He is well versed in leadership, systems thinking and project management with professional certificates in all these areas.
Davon is currently the Band Director at a high school in central New Jersey.
Candice was raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey. After completing her Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University, Candice spent 9 years teaching elementary students. She perused her state certification in Secondary (grades 6-12) Mathematics and soon began teaching 7th and 8th-grade students. Mrs. Knight is currently teaching high school math and has done so for the past 3 years.
Her passion is for helping students succeed. She notes that she takes pleasure in seeing students regain confidence in themselves by overcoming challenges in Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Trigonometry, SAT Math, and Pre-Calculus.
Candice enjoys one-on-one instruction because:
"I can focus on the specific needs of the student and their unique learning style."
Sherida has been an educator for over 20 years. Her teaching career has included K-12 education, Special Education, Headteacher, Math Coach, Instructional Specialist, and more. Recently, Sherida received her ED.S (Educational Specialization) in mathematics and is in the process of obtaining National Board certification. Math is her favorite subject but she enjoys other subjects as well.
Sherida brings solid training in pedagogical methods, along with great enthusiasm. She also commits to lifelong learning. Sherida is charismatic and creative and thinks outside the box. She has demonstrated excellent classroom management skills and rapport with students and parents.
